1 How do I order from you?
We will make quotation after you send your purchase plan (including product name, model and quantity). If you agree with the quotation, please send your company name, address and telephone for goods delivery. We will make proforma invoice and inform you payment way. 2. What is the payment term?
Mostly, payment should be completed by bank transferred T/T 100% in advance.
For sample order less than 1000USD, we will have to charge 30USD extra to compensate media bank charges.
Western Union and Money Gram are also acceptable.

3. What is the shipping term?
For parcels less than 45kg, express courier is more economic. We have big discount offer from FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS and China Post.
For parcels more than 45kg, air cargo is a good option.
For parcels more than 2CBM, sea delivery is most economic.
You may also ask your forwarder to pick up goods from us directly.
We can also send goods to your forwarder as you request.

4. What about the warranty period and after-sale service?
Dental equipment, like dental unit, autoclave, has one year warranty period. If you have problem in using, you can return to us by post. Or you can describe the problem details, we will ask technician to give you solution.
Free spare parts can be provided if necessary.

Yes. Certificate of origin is applied when goods are sent.
